I generally prefer supporting local dealers, but we didn’t have a great experience with a fairly large HVAC project. While I think Bachers tries to take care of its customers, I wonder how sustainable that support is over a 15–20 year HVAC lifespan. When we bought our home in Long Beach 7 years ago, we knew the heat pump was the original when the home was built in 2008. So when it failed in July, we quickly found out that repairing the 18 year old heat pump was not possible, and we were looking at replacing the complete system. We love our new Lennox furnace and heat pump!! It is so incredibly quiet and the high-tech thermostat is amazing thanks to the great instructions we got! The whole crew was so efficient and high energy. They were on time and totally cleaned up everything before they left. This is something we've wanted to do for many years. Now we can get rid of that ugly window air conditioner in our living room and be comfortable all year. THANKS SO MUCH!
Great company to work with. CJ went above and beyond. The install was great and CJ’s follow-up was better than most I have seen.
