Phil contacted me to advise his arrival time, once on-site he removed the old gas hot water service and replaced with a Rheem heat pump system in a capable manner. Operation of the new system was explained including the optimum settings for our household, Owners handbook was also provided. Overall a very smooth transition with the water system upgrade,
