My 4 year old loves getting her hair cut by Kerry. We’ve been coming here since she was 2 and Kerry does a wonderful job. She has a calm vibe and instantly makes my daughter feel at ease. She also loves the fun kids capes.
I came in for a haircut, but unfortunately the service felt very rushed. It wasn’t relaxing at all, and even the hair wash and dry didn’t meet a basic standard. No complaints about the hair cut. I liked it. The stylist seemed to be in a hurry and wasn’t willing to listen to what I wanted. The overall experience was disappointing and not up to expectations. Based on this experience, I will not be visiting again.
