Been about 2+ years since I’ve been here last time I got crap service on top of their overpriced meh selection but decided to check them out since they are my closest 2A store(unfortunately) and yeah same story only benefit they have is that they are the first spot you hit coming down from SF. I actively avoid this place and take my business down to SJ or east bay. I always tell my 2A friends to avoid this place.
The customer service, the quality the knowledgeable staff that works in this shop are amazing, definitely, they’ll have my and my friends business for life.
First time going to the store that they pay attention to my wants and need and guid me through everything. Omar the Gentleman who helped me was super knowledgeable and talented. I strongly recommend this place and will just go to this place even it’s far from my living area. Thank to Omar and his team.
Prices are way too high; they sell the blazer 50 round 9mm ammo for $45 before tax while you can buy it from Reed’s shooting range for $25-$26 out the door. You get a sour-face look if you ask for a discount. Generally I don’t feel welcomed when I’m there (maybe I am but I don’t feel it), I have a lot more to say but I’ll just cut it short by saying I would rather go somewhere else.
