I broke the ceramic "glass" panel in my woodstove door on Christmas Day 2020. Ordered a replacement from Peninsula Glass on Dec 26 and figured the manufacture and delivery would be delayed because of the holidays and the pandemic. The panel arrived on Dec 30, very well packaged, and a perfect fit. By the afternoon of Dec 30, I had a functional woodstove again. Amazing service, especially under current conditions.
Marcus, I would not have ordered from you (OneDayGlass) if you didn’t promise to deliver before the date we needed the unit. Not sure if the problem is incompetence or manning issues, but it's been a month since my order. Company did not reach out to explain why the order has been delayed. When called, I've been told there was a defect and it's being remade, repeatedly. This is going on for several weeks now and they flat out refuse to cancel the order.

I live clear across the country but ordered anyway to try this company. GREAT online ordering process. As long as you have measured correctly, it is fool proof. Prices are less than a local glass company even with shipping. The items arrived in 7 working days and were beautifully and safely wrapped, in perfect condition and exactly as ordered. Will be using this company again.

For some reason, the glass shelves that have been in my china cabinet forever fell through their slots while cleaning them the other day. I was able to find Peninsula glass and order new replacement shelves! The arrived fast and fit perfectly! Yes, I will order from them again, as I stepped on and broke one of the end glass pieces for the cabinet! ;)

Wow! Excellent service and quality of product. I needed custom glass tops for my night stands. The online ordering system couldn't be easier to use and they take their packaging seriously. would give ZERO stars if I could. First order 4 panes of tempered glass. All 4 scratched using a razor blade plus detergent as a wetting solution. Their website even has a posting that tempered glass can scratch due to low quality production. So we agree to 4 new panes of standard glass. I installed the 2nd one and now find 5-6 "pits" that are easily seen and noticeable. So now I have to decide do they just have lousy quality control or did someone see all the pits and just send it to me anyway. Now left with having to decid... read more
