Saw Dr O'Farrell and really the colonoscopy process was just very smooth. In, sleep, wakeup, go home. He seems very knowledgeable and competent. The stuff you drink beforehand isn't pleasant, nor is what it makes you do, but all for a greater good. In and out with minimal fuss. I guess that's the best you can hope for, you're not there to have fun and I'm sure for some people the outcome is unpleasant.
I recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy. Dr O’Farrell was friendly, warm, and competent. He took time to answer my questions. His office staff were helpful. Thanks everyone.
Been seeing Dr Vid Suttor for almost 2 years and I’ve only been in more pain then when I started seeing her. The tests (including Colonoscopy / Gastroscopy, MRI, many blood and fecal tests) have resulted in no progress whatsoever. She is also incredibly hard to reach and get a response from, and when a response is eventually given you feel you are being rushed and an inconvenience, same with the appointments, especially later in the day it seems Dr Suttor just wants to go home and is not present in the consultation anymore. ... read more
It has been my experience that staff, nurses and doctors , especially Dr Way Siow, work in a highly professional and helpful way. My experience was that everyone I encountered was pleasant and attentive.
I am finding another specialist for my son as the attitude of a doctor at this practice has been negative and unhelpful.
