Called in the morning after a spring broke this weekend. Very friendly and accommodating. Scheduled quickly with multiple schedule options. On time and extremely friendly, personable and professional techs. I have quite a few projects to work on and will most definitely be contacting them to do the work. On a sidenote, which I discovered while looking for a local reputable company — be observant of the “local” people on various web searches. They can be call centers saying they are local.
One of the few companies that would give me an estimate over the phone for a broken spring. Final price matched exactly what I was quoted, and was much lower than other quotes received. They came out same day and did a great job. Highly recommend. Matt was very knowledgeable.
Matt installed a garage door for us on an investment flip property in Tacoma and we couldn't be happier with our decision! He was on time, communicative, had great pricing and we received great quality. We will definitely be calling Peninsula Garage Door in the future!

I have had my garage door for several years now. They were the most responsive, kind and patient people. The order went in during covid manufacturing slowdowns, but they were on top of the process and communicative throughout the process. Install went well, they pre-inspected the doors prior to install and noticed a dent prior to arriving at my house.
