Was never one to go to the gym due to extremely bad anxiety and ADHD. Ever since starting at Peninsula Fitness my health has made a major turn around. The staff here are absolutely amazing and the people who come to workout mostly keep to themselves but are very friendly also. I have knocked down a major roadblock in life and that is pushing out of my.comfort zone to do something completely different, also signing up for PT as I need the extra push.
Price is good. Staff are nice. Equipment can be a bit outdated. But not a busy gym most of the times, which suits me and how i train.
Basic gym. Nice little boxing area which is better than the Margate version. You get what you pay for and the price is very fair
