Associate was'nt very friendly. never spoke to me.
I decided to get Firehouse Subs tonight as we haven’t had it in a while. I ordered four subs, two customized and two just as they are. My wife ordered a sub with no cheese, add banana peppers, balsamic dressing and caramelized onions. Her sub had cheese melted onto it (she’s lactose intolerant), no banana peppers or caramelized onions. The only way she got balsamic dressing was because I asked for more when I received the subs.
