Terrible, terrible, terrible office. I called them two weeks ago to ask if Dr. Smith was taking appointments. Was told yes. The woman on the phone took my information and said the doctor would have to approve it before I could make an appointment. A week passed. No callback. I called them again. This woman told me she didn't know why it was taking so long, and that if I didn't hear anything the rest of that week, I should call in the following week and she'd sort out an appointment.
