A new experience for a very tentative patient. I am very protective of my eyes and hate any close quarters attention to them but had a sudden single eye problem that needed immediate consideration. I usually rank Optometrists in the same boat as Dentists and have made a lifetime habit of avoiding them. Dwyer and Ross slotted me in immediately. Murray is the most thorough and knowledgeable optometrist I have ever been to and friends that I have recommended make the same comment. I have been coming to this practice for a few years now and have always received such professional, thorough service. The reception staff are always so friendly and helpful! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I’ve nearly taken the whole family in to have eye tests with Katie, she’s very thorough, caring and attentive, even with my 6 yr old (who has additional needs) and 3 year old children! Fern also helped me afterwards and was so patient when I’ve had to select 2 new pairs of glasses and being extremely indecisive, it frustrates myself, but nothing is too much trouble for them! then also in the process of returning one pair under warranty, they just have outstanding customer care/ service all round.
