PenEye staff do not wear masks in a medical building, ignore requests to put masks on while walking by an allergy and asthma clinic. I've now twice been waiting to see my pulmonologist/allergist (I have several chronic lung conditions) and a staff from Pen Eye has walked by me without a mask. On both occasions it was someone different on both occasions I asked if they could put their mask on and was ignored. Went to Jacqueline Koo at Peninsula Eye Physicians and she was very good.. My eyes were tested and I got good results. I feel that Dr. Koo really knows her field and her staff was very helpful and courteous
