My experience with Dr. Dale was just fine! After reading the several bad reviews on here and needing to find a new eye doctor for just moving to the area recently and pretty much all the places have bad reviews but I’m also aware that you can’t please the world! I went ahead and took my chance on this place. I walked in expecting to be rudely greeted and the receptionist or something but was very beyond friendly and carried conversations with me when I arrived and as I was leaving. Was not impressed. For 1 thing I had to fill out long paperwork ahead of appointments for my kids. Then I went to hand it to Optometrist who said oh I don't really need that for anything Then after we were told we needed a prescription we went to pick out our glasses but was told that the person who helps order glasses wasn't there and we would have to come back. This is 30 min away for us. So we come back and order glasses and it takes 2.5 months to get them. Just to find out that one pair is terribly crooked.The office sta... read more
