Lack of communication by vet - disrespectful, not responding to any of my emails nor my questions concerning vet’s protocol on how to ask a question pertinent to my horse who is at a rehab facility under Steinbeck’s care- all very frustrating- vet not professional nor respectful.
The vets are mostly nice, but the office can be super rude and disorganized. Be prepared for them to charge you up front for services (when your horse needs emergency surgery), to send you the wrong bill with different balances several times, and to call you repeatedly to make sure you pay every last cent within 30 days even though they can’t explain why they’re charging you what they’re charging you.
Great place and super friendly and informative staff. They offer everything curbside but still in a friendly and personalized way. I'm truly happy I found them. What a difference to my previous vet. I can highly recommend.
