This company was incredibly slow to respond both over the phone and over email. They gave us the runaround for over 3 weeks, only to tell us that they were short staffed and could not complete a job they had been hired to do. They were also very rude and irritable over the phone. Let me to take this opportunity say what an excellent job Marty, with Peninsula Electric did on our chandelier installation. His attention to detail and his willingness to take the extra time to adjust the chandelier lift to accommodate the cap of the chandelier resulted in an excellent installation. Given his outstanding professionalism, I can only add how enjoyable it was to have him in our home. He is an outstanding asset to the organization.
