We tried to get a quote off this business and although he seemed interested, after seeing the job he didn't call us or return any of our calls. The last call we made we spoke to him and he said 'I am out of range and I'll call you in 15 minutes' but we never heard from him. It's OK if he didn't want the job but he should be mature enough to say as such instead of wasting our time.
