I am beyond disappointed to be at this point but it’s taken 6 months to get here. I paid a deposit in November 2023 with a confirmation of an install in early January. We’re now 6 months overdue with half a cupboard installed. No doors, no shelves and no update with phone calls, text messages and emails going unanswered for months on end. Chris if you’re reading this, please contact me immediately so we can get this resolved. We signed up with Chris in November 2023 - paid our 50% deposit, which in hindsight was a mistake. Chris said he would install cabinets in February. After months of trying, we finally ran into him in April, at which point he promised he would be there in 2 weeks to do it. He didn't turn up. We again ran into him by chance in mid May, again he said 2 weeks and nothing. He doesn't answer calls or texts or emails. We just want our money back so we can engage another cabinet maker to complete the work. Disappointing when you try... read more
