Worst experience I’ve ever had. Two of my three scheduled appointments were canceled and I was forced to wait 2 months to get back in for my appointments that I desperately needed. Would not recommend this place if my life depended on it.
This Silverdale, Peninsula medical and dental office is excellent.. The staff is amazing, kind and friendly... I would recommend them to anyone needing excellent care...
Went to call the silverdale location to make an appointment. A person named Erin answered the phone, I explained my situation to them. They not only kept misgendering me, they would not give me extensions to their supervisor to pull the call. I repeatedly told this person I am not a Sir, and they continued with this behavior and told me there was nothing they could do until tomorrow. Andrea was the name given to me by Erin, which is her supervisor I guess before I disconnected the call after being disrespected several times.... read more
