I have had excellent care with multiple people at this facility. From the aides who take my information to the doctors/nurse practitioner and especially the lab where blood is drawn. I drive an hour to come here, because I feel I am listened to and I can have a conversation about my health.

Seriously terrible customer service! I was treated SO rude. I called about 10 minutes before my be patient appointment letting them know i was lost. They kind of pointed me in the right direction. I finally found the place (which is easy if you know the area) and was about 4 minutes late. I had to wait in line to check in. By the time it was my turn, i was 11 minutes late and they said the cut off was 10 minutes late and i had to reschedule the appointment. The next available one was about 6 weeks later! I never went back.
