Billing is the worst. The VA is not close to me and referred me to PCHS. Everything was a hassle. PCHS constantly tried to bill my Tricare insurance vice the VA multiple times even though I told them to remove Tricare insurance from their system. It cost me hours of personal time and I decided change clinics. Now over a year later I get another bill from them and they charged Tricare AGAIN. Takes ten years to get ahold of someone, and the “message ur provider team” never works, they straight up never answer you on the portal

Their Dental and Medical department is great! I'm always nervous about going to the dentist but they manage to make things go smoothly and quickly. I've seen a few different medical providers (both PA and MD) and I've been happy every time.
