I had a very negative experience with their therapist Dr. Lisa. Before meeting me, she had formed a biased judgment on me and my care. Before asking how I was, or what brought me there, she sat down and said “I’m not sure this is going to work for me or for you, based on your extensive history.” My extensive history was between the ages of 15 and 20. Patients yelling in the waiting room and fighting, staff ignored it to cackle about their neighbors. Took over an hour of waiting AFTER my appointment to get documents of the vaccines THEY JUST DID. There was only 1 other family in the room too starting out so it wasn't like they were swamped.
I'm tired of these snooty elitist doctors who don't listen to patients needs. If I could afford it I would go elsewhere for my care. I would not recommend Peninsula Community Health Services to others.
