I love the new building, updated equipment, cleanliness and the fact that both doctors and dentists are available in the same spot! I’ve never had any issues with records being transferred. Happy to have something close to home, as well.
I'm not a fan of doctors, but after my visit yesterday im scared of going back. You need to stay away from Gael Guthrie. She not only does not explain things, she puts the fear into a person to get you to do what she wants. Fear tactic only got me scared, she didn't get what she wants. Who can I report her to?
Receptionist Bev was helpful and on top of things. I was seen quickly by the nurse who was very kind. Dr.Gael listened and spent the time getting to know me as a new patient.
This was my first visit here. I was nervous after reading the reviews. Let me just say that I was more than pleasantly surprised! The staff was knowledgeable and very receptive to what I needed, and answered all of my questions. My ARNP BERHANE was simply fantastic. She was caring and left me feeling completely confident with the next steps in my plan for care. The facility looked brand new and was immaculate. They even have their own lab and pharmacy!
