Receptionist Bev was helpful and on top of things. I was seen quickly by the nurse who was very kind. Dr.Gael listened and spent the time getting to know me as a new patient.
This was my first visit here. I was nervous after reading the reviews. Let me just say that I was more than pleasantly surprised! The staff was knowledgeable and very receptive to what I needed, and answered all of my questions. My ARNP BERHANE was simply fantastic. She was caring and left me feeling completely confident with the next steps in my plan for care. The facility looked brand new and was immaculate. They even have their own lab and pharmacy!
Was left waiting for 30 minutes and when Dr. came in she was very cold and abrupt. Came across as very uncaring. It made me really uncomfortable.
i had an appointment with Dr. Tanveer around mid May. She spent barely 5 minutes with me, and in that time all she did was she told me that all of my physical symptoms are from anxiety(i have a family history of medical problems that have the exact same issues im having now, but she didnt want to listen to that), ignored every single thing i said, and then had me do a UA. the UA cup they gave me, was not a normal UA cup, it looked more like a plastic tupperware container, and had my name scribbled with sharpie on a flimsy pl... read more
For the past 1.5 months I have been trying to get iron infusion orders sent over properly. I have cancer and my iron levels are extremely low from bleeding. Every time I called the infusion center(leading up to my call with them yesterday), they would tell me that there were never any orders sent, when I was told multiple times by my doctor that they had been sent.
