Told me my insurance was going to cover my visit, and then charged me $233. I didn't even get the help I wanted with my appointment. I've had two visits here, with the same doctor. The nurses are fabulous, but with the docter, it was completely different attitude. It felt like my mere presence was a nuisance, and made me regret reaching out for help and just suffer in silence. The appointment was with Tanveer Johal.

My daughter had an appointment 430. She doesn't get called back till 5pm. Yet they reschedue you if you are 10 mins late. No notice up saying they are behind either. 23 mins after being called back she still hasn't seen the dr yet and they close at 6!!! Seriously her appt was 430 and almost hour later nothing 😒

I waited two weeks for an appointment. Had to miss a day of work. I had a health issue before leaving the house and it made me 15 minutes late. I live 10 minutes away. I got no call and I was told it was an automatic reschedule after 10 minutes. I didn't even bother waiting to see how long I would have to wait. So I just left. My assumption is that they have too many clients, which means that you don't really matter.

I recently had a dental checkup at Peninsula Community Health Services Key Peninsula location, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. PCHS provides top-notch medical care that truly prioritizes patient comfort and well-being. I recommend them to anyone in the community.
