We made an appointment for my son specifically because he was overdo on vaccines. They never asked for contact information for our old office until I was physically there and said they couldn't do the vaccines until after they got the records from the old office. No problem. I got a notification from my old office saying records were sent and I sent the vaccine records as well over the portal. No response at all from them. I can see why they have such bad reviews. Amazing staff and providers. They are the best.
I am very disappointed with the care that I have received at this location with Dr. Tanveer Johal. I have open wounds that needed immediate attention and she would not help wrap my wounds for me. Instead, she said that she wants me to put my socks on over them and refer me to wound care. Her assistant said that Dr. Johal would call me later that day about my referral. That was on Wednesday. My daughter had a bad cough so I took her here for a check-up, they took her nasal and oral fluids for testing. The doctor said my daughter was fine, but she had a worse cough and had to miss school for a whole week. I had the test results emailed, but I had to log in to see the results, and in the results it said: contact the provider for more information.
