Tried twice to start therapy through PCHS with a VA referral, but they refuse service without making them my primary care provider (which I don't want to change from the VA). Absolutely abhorrent service.
Needed a simple orthopedic referral for my ankle. They cancelled my appointment with less than 24-hours notice THREE times over the course of 6 months. I still haven’t gotten that appointment.
