Excellent customer service. My purchases with PBM was somehow a missed understood between the salesperson or /and myself. Went back to the store and the same salesperson Ruben was very helpful and patient at helping us to resolve the issue. I very much appreciate kind people like him and the business for helping us. Over price, went and bought a sealer which we normally pay between $250-$300 anywhere else. This guys charge us $427. If it wasn’t because I was running late I’d have gone to Usave rockery instead. There’s absolutely no reason to have a $200 mark up!
I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend. I originally went to the showroom in Mountain View where I met Ruben who helped me with my order. He made sure to follow up with me and answered all my questions. Everything went smoothly with getting my materials from their San Martin location.
