Terrible place to take a child for treatment. The only consistency they have is how often they rotate through staff. In one year we saw 4 different providers because everyone kept quitting. How are you suppose to provide proper care when you see a different person each time and they don’t know your child. Don’t waste your time coming here.
Awesome place and staff i especially liked Jack, Tim and Sidney they helped me so much in the 2 times I’ve been there!
It took me forever to even talk to someone. After i did .I'm not very happy. They put me on two different medications that doesn't work for me. And the gave me my old medication I have been on for awhile. Then they said they where going to have to take me off of it in about 6 months. They only medication that has worked for me. I have to take it as need. Then for them to say that to me. After me continuing trying to get ahold of them and them call you back on time. I have always been honest with people all my life. Went to this place for 3-4 years. First doctor left, came back, retired, then some random from another office fills in and seems a bit careless, then a new doctor now. I missed two appointments and that’s my bad. My appointments were 4 months apart and with my work I’m unsure of when I get my break each day but I try my best to answer the phone if I can. Well I wasn’t able to. So they wanted me to come back in for a 4 hour intake appointment before they gave me my refill. The nearest appointment was a month out! They were go... read more
