Down to Earth people. Even the people at the desk have great depth of knowledge; you start to describe an issue and straight away they know what it is because they have seen it many times before. They are cost conscious and find ways to keep your cost down, unlike the dealership just around these corner. Reasonable pricing because they are good mechanics and they don't have sky high site rental to pay. I've had my MY19 VW Tiguan serviced there 4 or 5 times now, I was impressed with the service every time.
Strongly recommend avoiding this business. Had good experiences with previous owners. After new owners took over, I took my car in for a minor repair (blocked sunroof drain). In trying (and failing - the drain kept leaking) to repair this, they completely destroyed the sunroof shade. I was not told about the damage when the car was returned to me and was left to find the problem myself. When I brought the car back in and asked about fixing the sunroof shade they had broken, their response was to quote over $3,000 for the job... read more
