Absolute nightmare. I have a double oven that started having problems in October. The upper oven stopped working, so Peninsula Appliance Repair was sent by my warranty company. They came out several times to attempt to repair it. Nothing worked. On the final appointment, whatever the technician did actually BROKE the other oven.
