Dr. James is amazing, no complaints about her. But the front desk is lacking in customer service. Healthcare burnout is real and people should honor those feelings and step away so patients don't suffer.

My son had a fever the morning of his March follow-up appointment so I had to call and reschedule. The receptionist was very short with me on the phone and told me they didn’t have another opening until the 1st of May. I told her I would take it and really didn’t have much of a choice if that was their next opening anyway. Then on May 1st, I called the office because I had his appointment written on the calendar but hadn’t received any text reminders from their office which I thought was odd. Wonderful place, great staff. Can't recommend enough if you need allergy workup, therapy, or other specialist concerns.
