Horrible experience so far. When I was there it was ok, the doctor didn’t sound very knowledgeable, when I told her I’ve had an allergy test done somewhere else for IgG reactions, and she told me those are a scam and the things that pop up on those test are just things you’ve eaten, not things you’re allergic to, when I asked her how come I feel SO much better when not eating those things she said ‘ well it does work for some people.. ‘ Then they took labs because she thought I might have AlphaGal, since I was experiencing l... read more
What can I not say about this place? Compared to my previous allergist in New Jersey, this place is a joke. I personally think this place is all for money! I took allergy shots for 3 years and never had to pay any out of pocket expenses at my previous allergist, I cannot begin to tell you the things I have to pay for, and still I cannot get to the place I need to be health wise!
My initial visit was OK, but I have been calling relentlessly for three weeks trying to have my allergy test read. None of the clinicians are returning my call and when I try to make an appointment to follow up on allergy test, I’m being told they don’t have anything from months out. Mind you I’m being tested for take related disease. You would think there would be some type of follow up. This is not acceptable. TIME FOR A REAL REVIEW I am a patient at this location and I must tell this to anyone thinking about coming here for service. THEY ARE INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT TO GET ON THE PHONE! Nobody ever picks up when you call and its a total pain to get prescriptions filled by phone. Your best bet is to go to the office in person and speak to someone. Why even have a phone number because the only time you get someone on the phone is when they want you to come in for an appointment. COPAYS$$$$$$
