After my entire basement flooded with city water, I was relieved with the clean up service. Jason arrived promptly and was courteous, professional, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate toward my circumstance. He worked tirelessly to get my basement cleared and rid of water. The team that arrived was helpful and also considerate of my circumstance. I am grateful for Jason, his crew and the thorough job they did. Reckless drivers. Witnessed one of their drivers side swipe a school bus on Amherst St during a merge and continue to drive off while their were children in the bus. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They came to my house in NC from NH (right then I should have known something was up) they stole my brass door knobs and hinges while tearing out sheet rock. The thing is, they did not have our authorization to go into the 100% totally flooded home, a permit from the city, permission from the city as clearly stated on the front door, which was carelessly removed, no signature from us, nothing giving them authorization to be in the home.
