BRUTAL! I was just calling to see if Penhall even offered the service I needed done. The Ai receptionist was ridiculous as was the live person I talked to. They needed so much information before I even knew if I would use the company. If that’s the level of incompetency, I want nothing to do with their work.
No showed on our appointment
Shayne was a 1/2 hr late for an appt. He said he could start in the morning and that he'ld give us an estimate that afternoon. Neither happened. His boss, Joe, didn't care to give us any better service, saying that it would be more than a week before they could show up. They lost us as a customer.
