First job, they completed but didnt schedule to come out, they just showed up, not the end of the world, but I'm glad I was onsite. Second job, they came out with several techs, where onsite for several hours, and then guessed what might be the problem. They no call/no showed multiple times. Told me another job was more important, and when I asked if they knew what the issue was, they said no, they are guessing. Had an AC power issue, contacted Penguinn first, and they were out quickly! All were professional and courteous.
Have called for weeks with no pick up or return call. So frustrating to not get a call back.
Very fast response time and technician was polite and knowledgeable
They hooked up a commercial ice machine and then when called back on a leak in a fitting on their side the tech said he wouldn't fix his mistake because he doesn't have a plumbing license.
