Huge thanks to Grant!! Got home last night to what sounded like my furnace getting ready to explode. Was able to contact Grant, who was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone -the furnace filter had gotten sucked into the motor (Never buying the cheap ones again) - and he was even nice enough to walk me through the steps needed to get it cleaned up and working properly. Great customer Service
Great service. My freezer broke and I was running out of groceries. I called Penguin and he came the same day, diagnosed the problem and did a temporary fix until he receives the needed part. I was very happy with the service, especially since I know he is very busy.
