Requested to meet with John at my clients home to determine what size pool would fit on the property. John was very professional in his explanations and promptly provided a schematic of how the pool would fit on the lot, along with a cost estimate which was very competitive. As a realtor I will recommend Penquin Pools to my other clients.

Great place lot of standards that are upgrades for other companies. Life time warranties on pool shells and 80 percent savings on chemicals with the ozignating uv system. Great designs and affordable prices.
Had a pool built in 2013, have had ALL of the poor quality components replaced TWICE!!! NO HELP from Penguin. We are now on our THIRD round of replacement pool equipment!!!! I think they sell refurbished pumps and heaters and lights.
This company has gone the extra mile. I'm not talking about their commitment to excellence with their pools, but their commitment to customer service excellence.
