Absolute trash. My home warranty company contacted Penguin for an electrical issue with my pool. Todd was my point of contact. For nine days he dodged, ignored, or misrepresented himself via text messages. He had every sorry excuse in the book including not having any idea when the sun might set on what was his third or fourth reschedule. I highly recommend Penguin Pool. We recently bought a new house with a really nice pool but it was going to be my first summer as a pool owner. Todd was awesome in patiently answering every question I had - which believe me, I had a ton of questions. He was responsive over text message, phone or when I saw him working at the pool. We’ve had Penguin Pool Service since we bought our house 7 years ago. They’ve been excellent! Our pool is well maintained the entire season. They communicate extremely well to accommodate our schedule. They’re extremely reliable showing up on schedule every week and our reasonably priced. In short, if you have a pool, go with Penguin.
Todd and penguin pools have been a huge help to me over the past 10 years! Not only has he been helping get the pool ready for the season but he is one of the most genuine people I have ever met. I couldn’t imagine getting another company to help me after years of incredible service!
