This was one of the worst holiday shop experiences ever! There was no clear communication from the start, then our start up pack didn't arrive- only merchandise. I was never advised when the merchandise would come, it just arrived and we had no where to store it for almost 2 months. We had horribly packed, merchandise with tons of broken items!! Moving forward to paying our bill- we did not owe much because we had to shut down early due to so much broken product!! I then got a bill for 16k!! We mailed the check and have been... read more
