In just a few hours, they were finished and had exceeded what is required by building code to ensure my two-story home would stay comfortable. Alex and his team were terrific! Alex recommended what work needed to be done and didn't try to upsell me at all, in fact he ended up saving me a few grand by not doing work that wasn't needed. His team was punctual and did a great job, I would definitely hire Penguin again for any future insulation projects.
