I don't recommend them, they installed my natural gas furnace, they did not pull a permit as required by the law, there staff lied about it to me when I ask about it and they did not have a certified pipefitter on site which is against the law. They refused to make it right and I had to hire a different company to pull a permit so I can pass the Manitoba Hydro gas inspection which by the way there was a small gas leak found.
I had a very negative experience with this company. They lack an official office, and the original owner sold the business years ago; the current entity operates under a franchise model. When I called, I encountered a rude and unhelpful representative. A technician came to my house, replaced a compressor, and charged $500 for it, even though the compressor itself was worth only about $50. He assured me that this would fix the issue, but it didn’t.
