One of the many worst ever company I dealt with. Simply they filled bankruptcy and took all the money and ran away. Lost the 10 years roof guarantee and i have to deal with any issues by myself. My project still pending monitoring registration.
Penguin Home Solutions is extremely unprofessional. They DO NOT answer there phones, we leave messages and no one has returned our phone calls. THEY NEVER PAID THE INSTALLMENT FOR OUR SOLAR and we now have lean on our home. BUT they wouldn't know this because we can never get ahold of anyone. We have also filed a claim with better business bureau & THEY FILED BANKRUPTCY . PLEASE PLEASE GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE. This is the most unpleasant experience i've ever received. Lesson learned, please read reviews. 8/29/23
This company has gone out of business. Those of us who had them install solar no longer have an installation warranty. We have many destroyed roof tiles and now we have no warranty to get them replaced
