I had Jeff come do a maintenance on my home AC as well as clear a leaky pipe from my condenser. He was very thorough in his work including step by step explanation of everything he did. He also did not hesitate to answer all of my questions. Super knowledgeable, very fair pricing and I appreciate his honesty. He really takes his time in making sure the AC unit is working properly. Definitely recommend!

Excellent work by Jeffrey and his dad. I come home and find my house at 90F! I called them and they came the same day. They fixed my A/C issue very quickly and efficiently, at a good price too!! Called them again for maintenance and flushing, and quickly added a ball valve my unit didn't have - would have done the job without it at no extra cost, but their honesty made me trust their recommendations even more. Highly recommend Penguin Excellence for their excellent work, honest assessments and good price!!
Jeff is and was totally awesome my air conditioner had stopped working and Jeff came on over to save me from sleeping in the heat so I really appreciate him and all that he did to fix my air conditioner. Thank you Jeff
I called on a Saturday evening after 6pm and they came out within two hours and resolved my AC issue. I definitely recommend Penguin Excellence and will be calling them for annual preventive maintenance and future issues.
