I had an issue with my AC and I thought it was low on coolant but Jeff came by and found the real issue in no time and my AC is back to cooling off the house during these hot summer months in Missouri City! I recommend Jeff and Penguin AC they will do a great job and have your AC working efficiently and also have you saving money on the electricity bill! Give them a shout and ask for Jeff!!!
Penguin came on short notice and managed to get our AC going with a couple hours. We had been suffering the evening before and realized by the morning the AC wasn’t cooling at all. Jeffery and his team were very professional and quick. The definition of a top, hardworking family owned small business.
Reliable, high quality work, fair prices. I have called on Penguin Excellence several times for AC/Heat repairs and replacements over the past 6-7 years and they were professionals and never had anything go wrong after. Recently had a leaking boiler replaced.
Jeffery did a great job. He showed me the bad parts and replaced them. Very honest and did not pressure me to do anything. Very thorough!
