I have just brought a car from here, Rob was brilliant and the car was immaculate upon collection, I’d 100% recommend!
I have just purchased a car from Penguin Cars, and the experience was great. Collectively, I dealt with Rob, Nicola and Adam. Nothing was a problem for them. They allowed me to make payment as I requested. The car was immaculate on collection. Adam took time to go through everything with me before I drove away. These are really good people. No hard sale, no pressure. 100% recommendable.
This company has been unprofessional, i bought a car a few weeks ago that has a screeching noise, the dealership promised me it was just because the car had been sitting in the garage for a few weeks and told me it would be fine after a few drives. The noise has got worse and i have taking the car for a full check to Mercedes and they have found damaged wheels and a crack in my alloy which will cost over £1000. I purchased a car from this company, I did my research and they had a good due diligence process, where the seller disclose’s any modifications. One would think they pass this information onto the buyer. OH NO. After the first service it was discovered that my car was modified and invalidated the warranty.
