I contacted Penguin Air on account of their great promotional for the summer. Long story short after a couple of miss schedules I finally had my AC tuned up. Needless to say, the level of expertise and professionalism that Joel a technician from Penguin Air convey to me, was much appreciated. I had an issue with my heater and come to find out it was my pilot light in the heater went out. I had a 20 year old heater and I wanted to upgrade it anyways. So when penguin air came out they gave me a few options and they installed the furnace that was the right size for my house. The tech that was at my house was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, my dog even kept barking at him and it didn't bother him. Will definitely suggest anyone that is looking for someone to fix their ac or heater to call these guys!
