Great and happy front desk young people. I just love the easy way to make changes ( change schedules) with no problems. They always looks happy happy! very blessed to join them!
Terrible wait list system. My daughter has been on a wait list for her next class since October. I finally received a phone call informing me that there was space in the class. When we arrived for lessons, it turns out the person that called me never changed her class in the computer system and the slot in the class went to someone else. When I talked to the front desk I was informed that their wait list system was seriously flawed. It has been a very frustrating experience.
It was my baby’s first swim class and our first time going into the building. I didn’t think actually going in was needed from all the great things Ive heard about this place from friends and family. Such a cute little place. It is very well organized, clean, and fun place for your kiddos. We will be here for awhile.
Clean facility, plenty of chairs in the waiting area, restrooms always clean, plenty of toys for kids not swimming. Student to teacher ratio excellent. My daughter loves it!
I am forever and always thankful for the wonderful coaches here at Pengu. When my little started just five months ago she would constantly try to get out of the pool to run away, but they gently got her back in the water and greeted her with open arms every class anyway. Thanks to the skills she learned here she was able to keep herself from drowning when she fell into a pond recently. She was able to keep her mouth closed (she didn’t inhale any water at all!) and kick to keep herself near the surface until I could jump in t... read more
