I have never CORRECTED a masseuse and this experience warranted that. From pressing directly on the spine, to running his bone over my bones. Using literally one technique and pace for my entire body - to slathering lotion on me to the point that I asked him to stop. It was a bizarre experience and I dont understand how they can afford an entire storefront.
I just love my w102nd street location they're the best.
I made an appointment at their Chelsea location and came there for 10.30 am appointment and the door was closed. Both their phone numbers did not even accept voicemails. No answers, no explanations, no apologies. Very poor service.
