Horrible customer service. This company has gone down hill for sure. Nasty customer service and rude. I would highly recommend Etsy. You can get custom steno key pads directly from Etsy with no hassle and attitude. Pengad management should be embarrassed letting these people handle answering phones and dealing with customers. I would never use Pengad again.
