Worst service department ever! The usb cable on my car is faulty since 2024, keep mentioned it for more than 3 times ask to fix it. The problem had never been solved. If Suzuki is unwilling to repair even a basic and clearly identified fault under warranty, then it should not be advertising or promoting a five year warranty to customers!!
Really happy with the professional maintenance and servicing of my Suzuki at the new facility at 23 McIntyre St, Burwood. Really like it's easy and fast to get to from Malvern and Hawthorn. Very professional, knowledgeable, great communication, have done an excellent job on all the work done and fast turnaround to get my vehicle back . Overall great experience and I highly recommend. My service place for my Suzuki now. 2nd time customer for a service there.
the AI reception of Suzuki is the most stupid and frustrating thing I have ever experienced.
I had my Suzuki Swift services a couple of weeks ago and had new tryes fitted on 25/7/25. The service department always do a great job servicing my car, my new tyres are terrific and my car was also vacuumed and washed at no extra charge. The team ar always friendly, professional and co-operative. Great value services too.
The services we've received here have always been reasonably priced and well done. Jana is so, so helpful and sweet and makes us feel very looked after whenever we have to book in!
