At first I was very happy with the service I received from the staff. They were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable and the purchase was simple and easy. However, during the cooling off phase, I changed my mind on that particular car and requested to cancel the purchase. Now it is within their rights to withhold $100 or 1% of the purchase price.
