I’ve been holding off this review but after not getting any return calls after they identified a problem and me chasing it up 3 times I thought I’d share my experience, Had a safety issue regarding the radar etc and was told several phone calls it would be followed up and escalated to Isuzu, nothing happened, and they actually diagnosed it!! I ended up having to google the issue and ask the forums and had another place sort it out. Customer service is pitiful especially as I had to follow up weekly, and still no return calls... read more
Better off doing the work at home yourself or be prepared to take it back 3 or 4 times for the same issues,
