The remodeling business is booming in the Waxahachie and Ennis area! Penfold Construction, while pressed at times trying to handle the volume of work, is a company I would highly consider for your remodeling projects. Paul is professional and reasonable. He completely pulled out the carpet of our home and refinished the old hardwood floors. We never realized how beautiful they would be. He went beyond the call of duty. Incredible work!

I worked for a builder for 14 years so I recognize a good one when I find him. I wanted to build a "small" house in the age or big houses. Paul Penfold was the only one of the three Ennis area builders who contacted me back. He took on an unconventional project with unconventional funding and has worked with me every step of the way to make my house everything I want. It is almost finished. I couldn't be happier. I cannot wait to move to Ennis!
