I worked for a builder for 14 years so I recognize a good one when I find him. I wanted to build a "small" house in the age or big houses. Paul Penfold was the only one of the three Ennis area builders who contacted me back. He took on an unconventional project with unconventional funding and has worked with me every step of the way to make my house everything I want. It is almost finished. I couldn't be happier. I cannot wait to move to Ennis!
Paul is professional and reasonable. He completely pulled out the carpet of our home and refinished the old hardwood floors. We never realized how beautiful they would be. He went beyond the call of duty. Incredible work!
Went above and beyond to make sure the job got done right. The owner is actively involved in the community and his work is apparent throughout downtown.
Really nice guy but blew us off and never called back. Would not suggest you use his company.
